I loved this wedding with my whole entire freaking heart. Aja is honestly one of the sweetest women to walk this earth, as my brides (seriously!) are, and Mitch was so clearly head over heels for her during our 3 sessions together…so can we say dream couple? Because let’s face it, if you’re nice and you’re in love with your human, you are a dream couple. That’s all it takes. That’s it.
It was just the little cherry on top that they are also a beautiful couple with the prettiest tattoos. Aja + Mitch, I will never forget the love you treated me with, the delicate way you two love each other, the hilarious toasts, and the freaking crazy dance party at the end. Get married to each other again, and let’s go for round two together?!
Aja’s mama and her big sister zip her up and fix her veil just before walking down the aisle.
All of the grandparents were invited to stand as their names were called one by one to honor them.
Mitch + Aja held their ceremony and reception in their backyard near Salt Lake City, UT. And boy, did they make it look amazing. My favorite backyard wedding to date (and I had my own reception in my backyard back in Pittsburgh, PA, so…).
Toasts can put everyone in their feelings real quick, and this wedding certainly did not fall short in the toasts department. The Maid of Honor gave the sweetest toast to the bride and groom, followed by her + Aja’s parents, then the best man, and finally Mitch’s dad, sister, and brother-in-law. There were laughing tears and feelings tears. All good tears though.
Then a nude trampoline jump kicked off the real party later in the evening.
Aja + Mitch, I love you and this day forever.
